PART TWO: Would this make a good short film?

I could just repeat what I said in response to Part 1. Basically, this is a short story, not a screenplay, there is too much internal thinking, and some believability questions need addressing. And one other thing: what is the point? What I mean is, I skimmed both parts and I still do not get what you are trying to say. Potential thief is caught by a child who is outdoors at 1:00AM, is for some reason invited inside by the mother, and they somehow go from adversaries to lovers. What? Is there a point to this?

I wanted to clarify my question about seeing people die or seeing dead bodies. Upon reflection I realize most people have seen dead bodies at funerals. And I wasn't just trying to be morbid when I asked the question. I've recently started working at a nursing home and about 6 people have died in the last two months, several right there on site. Although it hasn't happened yet, if someone dies on my shift, I may be asked to clean the body. I'm not sure I'm ready for that. I was just wondering if other people have been around dead bodies who are not really part of their lives. Whenever I tried to add this to my question, I couldn't get anywhere. I didn't know if it was just my crappy computer and dial up connection, or if there was some kind of waiting period before you can edit.

How do I leave my angry, depressed, suicidal, live-in boyfriend?

i would contact a mental health hotline, or clinic and ask them since he is suicidal... and when you are ready to leave contact the law or at least have a friend (perferably a large male) go with you to get your things.. because he sounds like an abuser to me.. it may not be physical but it is emotional and mental and this is not good for you.. but the easiest way would be for him to be admitted to a hospital somewhere for a mental evalutation and take your oppertunity to leave.. most states have a state run hospital who with treat regardless of your ablilty to pay... and if all else fails go to the police.. tell them he has said he will kill himself if u leave and you have to get out for your own sanity, they should know what to do
