My Computer keeps trying to save files as Windows Media Player when i want it as .ZIP (please read more info)?

When i try to save .ZIP files it tries to save as a WMP file, I have tried adding .ZIP on the end of the file name but it only asks if the .ZIP file wants to be played in Windows Media Player, can anybody help me i really need this sorted
