Help Fixing up my car?

I have an old Chrysler that I recently got as a gift. But it's really kind of a mess. It needs a lot of interior work, and the exterior isn't in perfect condition but it has a few dents and scratches. I need to fix the AC and possibly tint the windows and maybe paint, but that'd be asking too much. Well, depending on pricce ranges I would reconsider. However, I'm looking for expert opinions and experienced customers that would give me some tips. How much am I looking at altogether? I live in South Ontario here in CA, maybe someone knows a great place nearby? Or if you work with cars yourself then maybe you can help. Thanks.
