Where can I find an online Strategic Conquest game to play?

I used to play Strategic Conquest back on my old Mac Plus, sometimes over an appletalk network. Now, I'm looking for a web based version. I've seen the delta tao old downloader, but was curious if anyone knew if a modern day version existed. I'd hope to try something free if possible. Thanks.
