Doctor who Pandorica question?

I started watching Doctor Who this season {Series 5} where Matt Smith is the Doctor. Yesterday I watched the latest episode and its left me anxious. The episode was The Pandorica Opens. All I want to know since ive never been into this show before is, is the Doctor going to die? Did Rory really kill Amy? And does every season get a new doctor? Or is there a chance Matt Smith could do another season?
