I answered your other question too - haha but minnesota is not antarctica. Yes it is pretty cold, but only in the winters. And it snows ALOT - make sure you buy snow tires. But actually right now it has been about 50-60 degrees which is not bad alot of years it starts snowing around halloween, which it did for a few days but were back to warmer weather. Maybe this will be a warm winter who knows but the snow is still beautiful! And the summers and spring are even more beautiful! Minnesota is wonderful! But read my other answer i pretty much answered your question for this too :)
