What should i do with this car i have found?

Well i own a parking garuage and There has been a mercedes slk meclearn that has been here for about 7 months and it is coverd in dust and is unlocked and the keys were left in the glove box no plates on it eather i have called the city and they told me sence i own the prop it is on i have the choise of what i want to do with it impound it or apply for a title for the car beacause where i live if a car has been abondonded and has been sittin for 4 months or over i can apply for the title i have the keys now and check the cams every night now one has came for it or opened the door in a long time what should i do it starts and everything and i looked up the vin at the police station and its not stolen what should i do?
