What is the name of this movie?

A father of two boys kills people he believes god tells him to like rapists murderers and child molesters and he he forces his sons to help him. he makes them dig under his shed in the back yard to make a basement where he can bring the bodies and when one boy doesnt want to he locks him in the shed.
