Should I tell him he gave me chlamydia?

So I found out my ex bf gave me chlamydia i was soo mad and shocked when i found out the only upside its that its treatable....i had it for almost a year without symptoms.the last time we had was january we then broke up cause he is incapable of being faithful months later i met another guy, two months being in a relationship we had oral and unprotected then one day he just disappeared on me and stopped calling, seeing me...no matter how i tried calling no response till my bff called him and got him on the phone so i thought what a jerk he used me 4 but it just didn't add up he didn't seem like that player type but my bff convinced me to get over it..i did and met someone for a mth now we have protected but also oral and then i start getting symptoms so i checked up and turns out i got chlamydia....thinking it was the last guy i was furious i contacted him and he said thats y he stopped talking to me...then i realized it was my on n off bf before him....i hate that b*st*rd so much right now for f**king up my life and my relationships....should i tell him he gave me? or let it eventually f**k him up... i'm 20 and i only told the other 2 guys except my ex that gave it to me, i'm now on treatment
