Problems with fridgaire side by side?

You'll have to get to the drain by pulling the racks out of the freezer, you can set the food in the sink for the time being, then you might have to unscrew some of the shelf supports on one side of the freezer ( right or left ), this is so you can unscrew and pull out the back panel that covers the coils close to the bottom. Once you've pulled it out, you then have to unmelt the ice below the coils because its blocking the drain. A hair dryer works good and very hot water will be needed to completely unblock it all the way until water runs through it to the pan underneath the ref.
