Is paying the restoring fee the same as?

Live in Pennsylvania On my court day on Dec. 14th I paid a restoration fee of 25 dollars i had to put my license number on the check..i paid all my fees at the court for everything.Is the restoration fee the same as reinstating ?? Or is that entirely difference process..The people at the court said that when I handed in my license and wrote that check that when my suspension is done: two months; which is this MONDAY..I should get my license in the mail..I even called penndot and checked on my status and they said that all my fees(restoration,license, fees) were all satisfactorily..Which means everything should be Ok? I never got anything in the mail about restating my drivers license either..p.s dui is the reason..Should I be this worried? DO i need to do something else??
