I like this guy but....?

My friend, Wil, has a brother. wils in my cl and his brother is a year above me. i really like his brother and i kinda get the feeling he likes me. i asked him out and he said yes but we neva got around to going out and havent talked in ages cause we go to different schools. does he like me or not? should i ask him out again? he broke up with his girlfriend about a week before i asked him out. we're pretty good friends but he wont tell me why they broke up he says its not important but i told him why i broke up with my x. i feel like he doesnt trust me. what should i do?
