I have explosive case of diarrhea after every time I eat. No matter what I eat I have it within 10 to 15 min.?

I have had several surgeries including a hysterectomy, thyroidectomy, gall bladder removal all before 2002. I have had this problem for almost 2 years. Right before it happens I get the severe chills and goose bumps. I am 33 and embarressed to go to the doctor with this problem. Any suggestions would be greatful.
