HELP!!! I have a situation with my best friend, what should I do?

Ok, so I'm having a issue with my best friend who's a girl. I'll try to keep this short. I'm in 8th grade and she's in 9th. So a while ago, she revealed to me that she had liked me twice but we've never gone out. I've liked her and do now. So she told me that she like this other guy but he doesn't seem to have that much interest, at least that's what she tells me but she still says that she likes him. So today, while we were hanging out, we do things like cuddle. So we were holding hands and joking and stuff and then I let go to get my phone in my pocket and accidentally lightly tapped her on the forehead. So jokingly she said "ow, make it better". I asked her how and she said to kiss it which she's never asked to do. So I did, and throughout the movie/ tv show, we were like feeding each other gummy bears and we're really close together like her head was resting against my chest and my arm was around her. She even put her hand on my knee for a while. Does this mean something?
