Does anyone find the casio cash register manuals easy to use?

I earlier helped a person "try" to program a casio pcr t2000 cash register and found the manual the "WORST" manual I have ever used for any piece of electronic equipment I have dealt with... ! Now I have recently purchased for myself a casio pcr 260 cash register and find these manuals the norm for Casio. Maybe they do this intentionally so people will call and pay $20 for their telephone help? Why dont they just write a simple manual or in these modern times make a computer program (maybe for sale $20 ?) that can guide people thru the setup ? Anyone know where to go to get help programming Casio cash register other than paying $20 to ask them a question ? Thanks
