Can someone help me get my singing voice back?

No-body loses their voice. But what has happened it is out of Sync. You need to first learn to breath through the Diaphram. So when you breath in with hand over tummy, your tummy will rise, and fall when you breath out. This is natural breathing. The lungs are the reservoir for extra breath. Useful for singing long, sustained notes.Next you need to exercise your mouth. We do this by doing scales-Doh, Ray, Me Fah,So, La Te. Doh. But we do this to the Vowel sounds. So we go-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA up the scale and down. Then EEEEEEEEEEE and so forth. All these mouthing sounds exercise the jaw. Then you can have fun-Have you a friend? Or A dog? Sing their name.Sing something like a sentence. Don't try too hard. Gradually build your breathing and singing until you sing a long, sustained note without feeling dizzy. Join a church choir, or similar, and you will get your voice back. I'm 71 and have been singing for 50 years. I was also a Dancer for many years. Can't do that now, but still sing. Good Luck!
