Appetizers for my 110 people?

If you are planing to prepare them yourself then good luck. I would consult a caterer or two just to get some ideas on how much you need. Shop around and don't pick the caterer right away. When you get some ideas, then you can decide if you want to DIY. I like the idea of serving things on trays. Maybe ham spread sandwiches (cut into fourths). Mini bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon. I would probably give the choice of 4 different appetizers. Depending on the size of the trays and food placed on it, will determine how many trays you will need. If you figure that you may need a total of 600 divided by 4 (different) will equal 150 of each of the appetizers. Then figure out how much will fit on each tray and go from there.
